Judah Solomon joined the firm in January of 2025 as an Associate Attorney and is in the litigation department handling contested matters and Trials. Judah has been practicing law since 2008, concentrating mainly in the areas of criminal, Family, Creditor’s Rights, Real Estate Closings, and Real Estate Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Judah worked as an associate and managing attorney in the real estate departments of several of Florida’s largest real estate servicing firms, where he represented lenders and mortgage servicers in various contested Court cases throughout Florida.

Mr. Solomon received his BA from the University of Florida in 2004, and his JD Florida International School of Law in 2008.

Judah was born and raised in Miami, Florida.

Judah has represented lenders, servicers, and institutional clients in thousands of contested foreclosure cases across Florida. Prior to joining Howard Law, he served in associate and managing attorney roles at major real-estate servicing firms, where he handled complex courtroom litigation and coordinated strategic responses for high-volume caseloads.

His courtroom confidence and deep procedural knowledge make him a powerful advocate in formally contested matters and bench trials.
