Andrea joined Howard Law in July 2025 after building an accomplished career within several of Florida’s largest real-estate servicing firms. Her experience in high-volume, high-stakes transactional environments has made her exceptionally skilled at managing complex documentation, identifying title discrepancies, and coordinating seamless closings for both institutional and private clients.

With more than 14 years of practice in real-estate law, Andrea has worked extensively across the full lifecycle of residential and commercial transactions. She has prepared and reviewed thousands of closing packages, conducted title examinations, resolved curative issues, and supported lenders and servicers with operational compliance.
Her background in major real-estate servicing firms gave her exposure to sophisticated workflows, regulatory guidelines, and the demands of multi-party coordination.
