Evan Raymond joined the firm in 2015. Evan comes from large statewide and national firms where he represented institutional lenders, mortgage servicing companies and other financial institutions in contested mortgage foreclosure actions, title issues, and other real estate matters involving various consumer protection acts. Evan is now involved in all aspects of the litigation practice at Howard Law Group, including mortgage foreclosure and all real estate litigation cases. Evan is enjoying his time at the boutique firm of Howard Law Group in that he can provide more personal service to his clients.
Evan brings a unique combination of corporate-level experience and boutique-firm personal attention. Having worked in large statewide and national firms, he now applies that high-volume, high-stakes experience to a more hands-on environment at Howard Law. Clients appreciate his clarity, responsiveness, and deep understanding of real-estate litigation.
Evan was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Evan is happily married to his wife, Laura, and spends his free time hosting team trivia at local bars around town.
Since joining the firm in 2015, Evan has been involved in every facet of the litigation practice. His experience spans contested foreclosures, title disputes, commercial matters, consumer protection issues, and bankruptcy support. His strong background in representing institutional lenders gives him a keen understanding of the challenges and workflows of major financial clients.
Evan also brings leadership experience as a former Student Bar Association president and Army ROTC-trained team leader.
Evan is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His academic achievements include dual degrees from the University of Florida and both a J.D. and MBA from Stetson University. He is active in community programs, including Miami Children’s Hospital Young Ambassadors.
