Holli E. Adams, Esq. was admitted to The Florida Bar in September 2012. She joined Howard Law in October 2025. Her primary area of practice focuses on foreclosure and real estate transactions, representing mortgage lenders, loan servicers, and government agencies. Prior to joining Howard Law, Mrs. Adams practiced at a Florida law firm where she gained extensive experience handling foreclosure and real estate matters.
Mrs. Adams earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia, and her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. While in law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and was published in The Florida Bar’s Student Edition of The Animal Law Newsletter (Spring 2012).
Mrs. Adams is a member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
Prior to joining Howard Law, Holli practiced at a respected Florida firm where she handled hundreds of foreclosure and real-estate cases. Her experience spans contested foreclosures, residential closings, lender representation, and compliance-driven real-estate issues. She is known for her strong drafting skills, her ability to resolve title concerns quickly, and her disciplined case management.
Holli received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award during law school and was published in The Florida Bar’s Animal Law Newsletter. She is an active member of The Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is recognized for her precision in transactional matters.
