Matthew has practiced bankruptcy law, creditor’s rights, and real-estate litigation since 2009. He has represented national lenders, mortgage servicers, and investors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 proceedings across Florida. Before joining Howard Law, he worked for several of Florida’s largest real-estate servicing firms, handling a wide portfolio of bankruptcy and foreclosure matters.

Matthew is experienced in both litigation and transaction support, and he is known for his ability to identify risk early, streamline processes, and guide clients through complex compliance challenges.
