Anya E. Macias is a Florida native who has established herself as a powerhouse in Florida legal circles. Since the 1980’s, Ms. Macias has fought vigorously for her clients.
Anya joined Howard Law Group in August 2021 as a Senior Trial Attorney. Prior to joining Howard Law Group, Ms. Macias served as the Senior Trial Attorney at various prestigious national law firms representing numerous Financial Institutions and Loan Servicers in highly contested real estate related actions throughout Florida. During her time as a creditor’s rights attorney, she’s litigated and successfully tried thousands of highly contested and high-profile mortgage foreclosure cases state-wide, many of which resulted in new and favorable case law for her clients.
When she is not fighting for the rights of her clients, Ms. Macias enjoys traveling and is an avid SCUBA diver, logging over 100 dives in her first year of certification.
