Matthew Klein is a partner at Howard Law Group. He joined the firm in October of 2017 as an Associate Attorney. Matthew has been practicing law since 2009, concentrating mainly in the areas of Bankruptcy, Creditor’s Rights, Real Estate Closings, and Real Estate Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked as an associate in the bankruptcy and real estate departments of several of Florida’s largest real estate servicing firms, where he represented lenders and mortgage servicers in various Bankruptcy and State Court cases throughout Florida.
Mr. Klein received his BA from Florida State University in 2006, and his JD from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad School of Law in 2009.
Matthew is licensed to practice law in Florida, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts of the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the Bankruptcy Courts of the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
Matthew was born and raised in Miami, Florida, where he currently resides with his Boston Terrier, Jackson.
